WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE SEMINAR SERIES
Coming up in March & April we will be running our popular series of Women's
Self-Defense Seminars! This set of four Saturday morning seminars is geared toward the non-martial artist...the average
woman or girl who would like to feel safe while on the job, at school, taking a walk or running errands. Black Belt
instructors will teach you quick, easy & effective ways to escape from grabs, chokes & holds. You will learn
how to defend yourself against blows & kicks as well as attackers weilding weapons!
