At Studio 7
Kung Fu & Wellness Center, we believe in developing character as well as muscles. We strive to live by the 5 Rules of Effort,
Respect, Self-Control, Sincerity & Character and to follow the Way of Wisdom, Courage, Honor, and Peace. We acknowledge
the connection between mind, body and spirit and the importance of good citizenship and community service. We teach
that the highest aim of martial arts training is to bring about self-improvement and personal growth. In this way we learn
to live a life of honor, granting compassion to others and helping to bring peace to our world. Head Instructor Sifu Dahrla King places Studio 7's focus on
appreciating each persons individual effort, unique abilities and personal accomplishments in martial arts as well as in daily
life. She believes in teaching through encouragement and enthusiasm. At Studio 7, we want our students to learn through
being INSPIRED. We want them to learn through having FUN. We want our students to feel EXCITED about martial arts because
it makes them feel so good about themselves! This is our mission and our gift to the world. EXCELLENCE IS
AN ATTITUDE!
