Sensei Demetrice (D'Ablo)
Woods is our newest addition to Studio 7's staff of fine instructors. He is a professional MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)
fighter for 'King of the Cage' where he is known as "D'Ablo the Saint". He holds a record of 2-2-2 in
his professional level fights & has been featured on pay-per-view television.
In addition to his training & experience in MMA, Sensei D'Ablo holds a Black Belt
in Kenpo Karate & a Blue Belt in Brazilian JuJitsu. He also has training in Muy Thai, Kung Fu, & Kickboxing.
To round out his martial arts & fitness expertise, Sensei D'Ablo has taken numerous college-level courses in Physical
Ecucation & Certified Instruction.
